Responsibilities:
- Perform tests on applications, network devices, and cloud infrastructures
- Design and conduct simulated social engineering attacks
- Research and experiment with different types of attacks
- Develop methodologies for penetration testing
- Review code for security vulnerabilities
- Document and communicate the results and recommendations of the tests
- Follow ethical hacking principles and best practices
Requirements:
- Penetration testing methodologies and best practices
- Network scanning and enumeration
- Vulnerability analysis and exploitation
- Web application attacks and bypassing security mechanisms
- Buffer overflows and shellcode development
- Privilege escalation and post-exploitation techniques
- Linux and Windows system administration and scripting
- Report writing and documentation
- Basic Networking, hypervisor and storage knowledge
