As a Laboratory Manager for the organization, you are required to:
- Oversee the organizational and operational aspects of clinical laboratory and pathological services at our client's site.
- Efficiently manage organizational and operational functions of the clinical laboratory and pathological services.
- Foster growth, expansion, and diversification of the department in alignment with hospital and organizational needs.
- Act as a liaison with other department managers and hospital administration to coordinate laboratory work with other department functions.
- Supervise operations of the site laboratory as assigned.
Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you must possess a Degree in related disciplines, preferably with minimum 10 years of related work experience in a hospital/laboratory setting,
- Strong technical competency and knowledge of lab accreditations.
- Possess organizational, people management, and interpersonal skills.
