- To manage and grow critical telecom accounts.
- Drive a profitable and continuous sales growth for large accounts
- Develop strong relationship with customers decision makers by having regular visits to support their projects
- Work with the technical, customer care and other support team to drive brand and expand presence in the accounts
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and prepare sales forecast for bi-weekly sales review and monthly reporting
- Work with various organization functions (marketing, technical, logistic and customer service) to ensure efficient and effective support for the customer
- Maintain communication with HQ for product update
- Collaborate with Other Business Units to grow Telecom business
- Account management / Customer Service or Sales support experience
- Solution selling, work with customers’ stakeholder to shape the opportunities
- Experience in managing accounts and proven success in similar capacity.
- Business or Marketing Degree from reputable university
- Enjoy meeting customers with customer focus mindset
