Responsibility:
- To work closely with SQS in supervising and managing QS’ performance
- To prepare project costing
- To prepare and issue sub-contract to sub-contractor/ supplier
- To manage Project Change Request (PCR) for addition/omission of project funding
- Regular reporting of project account status, including costing, outstanding payment & etc
- Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered by QS / SQS and propose the effective solution approach
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Independent and a good team player
- A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience
