Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Prof. Noah Lim under a project on Multicomponent Formulations For Coatings That Increase The Shelf Life of Perishable Goods.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
1. Participate in project operation.
2. Fruit market survey.
3. Screening and optimization of edible components for fruit extension shelf-life coating formulation.
4. Structure analysis of formulated coating/thin film
Qualifications
• Qualifications / Discipline: Bachelor Degree in Chemistry/Materials/Food Science and Technology.
• Skills: SEM, Confocal Microscope, FTIR, HPLC, sensory evaluation, etc.
• Experience: With expertise in food science, formulation development, polymer science, biomaterials.
