JOB SCOPE
As a Food and Beverage Outlet Assistant you are responsible to deliver friendly and courteous services to every hotel guests and customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Greet all incoming hotel guests and customers who patronize the Coffee House.
2. Responsible for the cleaniness and hygiene of the outlet and ensure that all guests are comfortable having their meals in the Coffee House.
3. Assist in the setting up of function rooms for any events of the day.
4. Set up the table with the appropriate eatery utensils to be utilised by the customers.
5. Assist in the taking of Room Service orders as and when the guests made an order.
6. Carry out the necessary preparation set up of morning breakfast buffet for the hotel guests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess a Certificate in Food & Beverage operations.
2. Possess at least three (3) years of experiences in related field.
3. Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate from Singapore Training Institute.
4. Able to work in a 6 working days environment including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
5. Able to speak English and Mandarin.
