CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN (PART-TIME)

We are looking for part-timer who can cover during the period below:
  • 6 days training in January
  • 28 Feb - 08 Mar

Job Scope:

  • Manage customer enquiries through telephone, email and social media support
  • Provide before and after sales service and consultation to all potential customers
  • Prepare quotations, invoice generation and payment collections
  • Supports daily operations from time to time
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

  • Customer service focus and deliver professionally on brand experience
  • Friendly and pleasant disposition, self-motivated and service oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details, excellent team player and able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment
  • Good administrative and organizing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
  • Sitelink knowledge a plus
  • Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of sales and customer service experience

Part-time Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
