Guest Service Agent is responsible in providing front desk service to guests and undertaking various administrative duties to ensure effective and smooth operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Execute incoming guest’s registrations and check out administration is processed timely and properly.
2. Constant monitoring of the room’s availability and close liaison with the Housekeeping Department to ensure that the turnaround of the required rooms is attended.
3. Good handling of all guests’ enquiries and complaints.
4. Process of guest room invoices and collection of cash when necessary.
5. Greet, attend and escort VIP guests to the allocated rooms.
6. Other ad-hoc duty assigned by HOD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess good customer service working attitude.
2. Certificate in Hotel/Accommodation from Singapore Hotel Association or local training institute.
3. Have at least one (1) year of working experience in hospitality industry.
4. Willing to work on three (3) rotating shifts six working days public holidays and weekends.
5. Able to take on night shift duties.
