Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties.
- Source for quotations and liaises with suppliers, vendors and contractors for maintenance and/or improvement works and/or repair works,
- Plan, organize, and oversee appointed term contractors in the maintenance of assigned properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and follow up with remedial actions.
- Assist to liaise with tenants and/or consultants in the upgrading of the assigned properties when required.
- Handles renewal of term contracts, service vendors and up-keeping of contractual information.
- Handles tenants’ feedbacks.
- Prepares daily updates, weekly monitoring report and monthly management report.
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.
- Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in facilities or property management.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad, Good technical knowledge and experience in Facility Management.
- 5.5 Days Working Week.
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced enviroment.
