Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General administrative support duties for business operations
- Manage reports and coordinate internal work
- Generate detailed reports and data
- Handling of mails and emails
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Work closely with all levels of customer and internal contacts within the company
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 1 year of credit control/collection experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented
- Be Self- driven and prepared to take on new Challenges
- Have Initiative patient and mature in thinking
- Meticulous and analytical
- Be able to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Be Proficient in MS office
- Singaporean
