Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment which include arrangement of online job advertisements, co-ordinate interviews, reports submission and prepare employment contracts for new hires
- Handle entire process of all the work passes applications, renewals and cancellations
- Conduct on boarding orientation for new hires
- Providing administrative support for various HR function
- Compilation all HR related monthly report
- Maintaining and updating employee personal information to HR System
- Maintaining employee benefits program
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 3 year of relevant working experience
- Meticulous and a team player with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
