Role Description:
The role will undertake a range of activities, including:
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver key innovation projects and initiatives from definition to closure.
Understand the needs on the ground through research and dialogue with F&B industry players, government agencies, and institutions.
Monitor the implementation and progress of projects towards agreed objectives and outcomes and work proactively with partners to take needed corrective actions to keep programs on track.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Ensure effective vendor management to meet project delivery and service level agreements.
Manage and update documentation for projects and daily operations.
Coordinate change management efforts across the company; put in place systems, processes, and initiatives to engender a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum diploma and at least 3 years of working experience in project management roles.
PMP Certification will be advantageous.
Experience in applying for national grants.
Good organizational acumen and strong team player.
Highly meticulous attitude with unrelenting attention to detail.
Confident, friendly manner, and ability to work well within a close-knit team as well as autonomously.
Strong research and writing skills with a curious and resourceful nature.
Refined relationship management skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
