Andy Fisher Workshop Pte Ltd (AFW) is a Singapore-based design consultancy offering integrated architectural and interior design services across SE Asia and world. We are seeking applicants with proven experience especially in hospitality, residential, high-end residential hospitality, commercial or mixed-use projects, for the role of Designer in our growing studio.
The Role:
- Design and follow through projects from conception to completion, with a focus on developing concepts into detailed design documentation sets.
- Work as a part of a team of designers to deliver design presentations and technical packages within given timelines.
- Work closely together and report to senior management.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and consultants.
- Assist with project management and administrative tasks relating to the project.
Role Requirements:
- Demonstrate minimum 7 years of strong design and relevant experience.
- Excellent communicator – both graphically and verbally.
- Ability to multi-task and meet given deadlines.
- A good team player – communicative, self-motivated to grow knowledge, willing to take initiative, open minded and positive learning attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational qualifications (degree/diplomas/professional accreditation).
- Excellence in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D and presentation software. BIM experience is a plus.
