HR Admin Executive

To cover the full spectrum of the company’s administrative supports functions and Management supports. The candidate will have to support CFO on the travel and meeting arrangement, take charge of the full spectrum of the company’s operations supports functions which inclusive of customer service administrative, necessary administrative services, sales supports and supply chain activities which inclusive of procurement and logistics planning execution and also to facilitate and ensure the proper functioning of the company’s operations (Not limited to the above responsibility and ad-hoc tasks given by the Management)

  • Management of front desk, answering calls and receiving incoming guests, maintain neat appearance at reception area
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing courier services, and sorting of incoming mails and parcels
  • Management of meeting rooms inclusive booking and maintenance
  • Ordering and maintenance of office equipment, office supplies and pantry supplies
  • Travel management, booking of travel, land transport and lodging
  • Keep proper record of office access cards
  • Catering of food for office events
  • Data entry to SAP
  • Support CFO to coordinate CFO’s meeting schedule to accurately assess availability
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for CFO including air ticket, hotel booking etc.
  • Perform other admin tasks assigned by CFO
  • Performs ad-hoc duties and administrative duties as assigned
