Responsibilities:
Policies and Procedures:
- Understand Organization and Employee Needs
- Stay Informed on HR Laws and Best Practices
- Advising, Developing, Implementing, and Reviewing Policies (Align with department and maintain company values.)
- Develop, implement and review the communication plan to communicate policies and procedures to the Company
- Track employee behavior, conduct audits and ensure all employees follow policies and procedures.
- Corrective Action and Investigations (Make corrective action recommendations for any violations of HR department and Company’s HR policies and procedures.)
- Regular updates on HR policies for compliance.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the Company.
Client Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Terms of Business Preparation
- Ensure all clients are onboarded and offboarded smoothly and efficiently
- Coordinate with various departments such as sales, marketing, finance and operations, and suppliers, to gather necessary information for client onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure all client’s expectations are met during the onboarding and offboarding process
- Conduct regular check-ins, responsive towards client’s questions and update clients on the progress of the onboarding and offboarding process
- Identify and resolve potential issues that may arise during the onboarding and offboarding process timely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Posses Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business or its equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
