- Aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
- Assist in implementing/amending/r reviewing of HR policy to be in compliant with MOM regulations & Company's business objective.
- Fercilitate in training plan
- Security bond, undertaking bond, Insurance including project insurance and equipment insurance
- WP,SP,LOC Application, cancellation, Renewal, Update OFWAS
- Employee Orientation, evaluation and confirmation
- Prepare official letter, Appointment , Employment, Termination, Warning Letter
- Appraisal, Increment, Bonus, Promotion, Performance Evaluation.
- First round interview screening,
- Employee Bonding Activities
- Company Event Planning
- Posting of recruitment Ads, Liase with Recruitment Agency for recruiting of foreign worker
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in the construction industry
- Good knowledge about Employment Act, MOM & ICA regulations on working pass
- Hands on experience in Payroll administration.
- Good organisation and planning skills, ability to communicate effectively and problem-solving skill.
- Manager with good influencing skills and the ability to prioritise business requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 360 suit, HRIS system such as InfoTech payroll and general software such as Google related office products
Work time :8.30am-6pm, Mondy to Friday
