Singapore First Aid Training Centre (SFATC), a leading provider of comprehensive first aid training in Singapore, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving our sales growth, exceeding client expectations, and shaping the future of SFATC.

Your Role:

• Lead the Sales Team: Oversee all aspects of the sales function, driving growth and exceeding sales targets.

• Team Dynamics: Monitor the performance of front-end team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their success.

• Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients (both government and non-government clients) and retain existing ones.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Closely collaborate with the Marketing team to qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert leads into profitable business.

• Growth & Development: Partner with the Executive Director to develop and implement business growth plans, including increasing public awareness of SFATC and refining the business model.

• Tender Management: Spearhead the tender process, from identifying opportunities to preparing proposals, securing wins, and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Customer Service Excellence: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service quality and exceeding client expectations with every interaction.

• Staff Management & Development: Track staff performance, conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

• Process Optimization: Partner with the Business Systems team to identify and implement improvements in workflows and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the training industry.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

• Tender writing, bidding and proposal development experience, particularly in the government and non-government sectors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM / Sales Management software.

• Passion for first aid training and a commitment to SFATC's mission of saving lives.
