Job Description
- Utilize various platforms and methodologies to source and attract potential candidates for job openings.
- Assess and evaluate candidate applications, conduct initial interviews, and match candidates to suitable job positions based on skills and qualifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and specific job requirements.
- Create and manage job advertisements, ensuring they are compelling and effectively distributed across relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Organize and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to offer valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
- Act as an intermediary between clients and candidates, negotiating salaries, contract terms, and other job-related agreements to ensure a successful match for both parties.
- Manage candidate databases, keeping records and information up-to-date for future job openings and potential matches.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations regarding recruitment practices, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to recruitment activities, such as time-to-fill, quality of hires, and client/candidate satisfaction, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment Agency Industry preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a O level
- Able to work independently with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Able to perform duties after hours when necessary
