Responsibilities:
- Determine project scope based on requirements, defining the scope of work and advising senior system engineers on resource calculations for service delivery.
- Install and configure services according to approved implementation plans.
- Perform technology, professional, and maintenance support services
- Provide level 1 support for hardware, troubleshoot hardware/software issues in installed services.
- Deliver technical documents such as high-level design documents, user acceptance test (UAT) docs, and as-built documentation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer training when required.
Requirements:
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge in the assigned solution domain/product.
- Good knowledge of product portfolios in other technology domains.
- Expertise in enterprise product implementation, migration, and support.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to technical details, effective priority management, and planning skills.
- Results-oriented with strong documentation skills.
