- We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person who will be the heart and soul of our establishment, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
# Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff during shifts.
- Ensure adherence to quality and service standards in line with the restaurant's vision.
- Provide guidance and support to waitstaff and kitchen team.
- Assist in training new employees and conducting ongoing staff development.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Collaborate with the management team in implementing new initiatives and improvements.
- Uphold a positive and collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements
- 1~2 year of Related experiences
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in a high-end dining establishment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
Working hours
- 5.5 days or 6days (Can Choose)
- Working hours: 10:30-2:30; 6-10 Monday-Saturday (restaurant close every Sunday)
