Responsibilities:
- Monitor closely sales targets and sales information on a daily and weekly basis to ensure targets are achieved
- Conduct sales training for new and current sales associates and develop individualized training plans
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the outlets
- Liaises with different functional team including sales, warehouse, marketing and customers
- Ensure all staff clock in and clock out in system
- Cashing duties, which includes cash float, petty cash and bank deposits measures
- Support all administrative work for sales operation eg. preparing roster, checking timesheet
- Ensure standard operations procedures and service guidelines are adhered to
- Sales commission calculation, including overtime pay
- Assist on recruitment of new retail staff, including interviewing, explaining of compensation package and policy
- To implement marketing strategy at POS system
- Ensure all outlet have sufficient stock for maximum sales
- Attend to customers’ enquiries/feedback as required
Requirements:
- Diploma on Business/Retail Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of retail/F&B operations experience
- Familiar with SOP of Retail Operation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Passionate on Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work at nights, weekends, PH, store openings and closings according to the needs of the business.
