Recruitment
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Conducting first-level interview
- Arranging suitable candidates for client interview
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and on-boarding process
Requirement:
- With at least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply.
- Able and willing to multi-task
- Good communication skills with a zest for sales
- Able to think ‘out of the box’ with innovative ideas
