Job Description:
- Develop cost control plans and ensure proper implementation in the course of work.
- Manage cash flow and project margin
- Manage invoices
- Manage change orders
- Manage timesheet and claims
- Reviews contract terms especially the pricing and payment section
- Compile the information to consolidate cost data, analysis and reporting
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- A degree / diploma in a relevant field (not mandatory, capability more important)
- Familiar with Earned Value Management
- Skills to produce various Project reports
- Skills in organizing and planning
- Meticulous, analytical, resourceful, with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
