Job Descriptions:
- Provide after-sales technical support to all local and regional customers.
- Manage coverage of on-site, telephone, email, and other remote technical support to customers in a timely and effective manner for all products
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers to resolve issues
- Escalate and update internal team on the product issues and follow up closely of the progress/solutions with customers - Liaise with HQ and subsidiaries companies for any product or technical issues.
- Provide necessary hands-on training to internal team (e.g., technicians) to handle fully test of product or system to ensure it functions properly and meets the specification.
- Support QA team in system testing which include Factory Acceptance Testing, Interface Factory Acceptance Testing as well as Site Testing
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 years of quality engineering experience working in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in auditing to the requirement of ISO quality system standards will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate responsiveness and promptness in meeting company’s needs.
- Act with a high level of integrity.
- Act resourcefully to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality.
- Willing to travel
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin will be an added advantage.
