Job description
· In charge of overall planning, implementation, and completion of jobs within the required time, acceptable cost, and top-tier quality.
· Lead the onsite team ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, environmental and sustainability guideline.
. Conduct regular project / contractor meetings to review project progress.
. Evaluate and assess trade contractor method statements
Requirement
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· At least more than 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising, training and mentoring staffs.
· Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
