Salary: Basic $3,500 - $4,500 + VB
Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Location: Tuas Avenue
Responsibilities:
- Formulates project objectives through a comprehensive examination of tender requirements and specifications.
- Identifies project phases and tasks, assigns team members accordingly, and obtains quotations from suppliers to fulfill project responsibilities.
- Examines product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to determine project specifications.
- Develops the project schedule by analyzing the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Monitors project progress, coordinates activities, and resolves issues to ensure the project schedule is maintained.
- Oversees the project plan, reviewing design, specifications, and any changes to the plan and schedule.
- Manages project budget expenditure by controlling costs and expenses.
- Prepares detailed project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements:
- Possess Class 3 driving license.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in managing projects in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive industry.
- Able to apply Project Management tools and methodology.
- Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD software & Microsoft Office.
