Job Detail:
- Remuneration Package: Very attractive basic salary starting from $3,000 to $5,000(base on experience) + Bonus/commission
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
Responsible:
- actively make outbound calls to present product(leads provided)
- Understand customer's concerns and address their needs
- Strong ability and confidence to cross-sell or up-sell
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
