Role:
Accountant (Hire Purchase / Block Discount / Automotive / Up to $4500)
- Singapore Based (Ubi)
- 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 6pm)
- $3500 - $4500
- Bachelor's degree preferred; ACCA/CPA are welcome + Experience in Hire Purchase and Block Discount.
- Experience in automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities:
Accounts
- Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions for a few entities
- Handle full sets of company accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly accounts submission.
- Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable)
- Ensure accounting operations are carried out in accordance with internal accounting procedures
- Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Admin
- Admin records update and filing
- Monthly update of loan and creating GIRO transactions
- Daily update of instalment payments and make reminder calls to overdue hirer.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.
