Patient Service Associates (6 Months Contract) x 5
(Renewable Contracts)
Working location: South (Accessible by Outram Park MRT)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Any 5 days work week)
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing services to patients
- Registration of patients
- Appointment scheduling
- First touch point for pre and post procedures
- Payment collection and providing financial counselling payments
- Keeping up-to-date patient records , ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Requirements:
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
