We are looking for clinical assistants to join our growing and dynamic team. Roles & Responsibilities
Clinic Duties:
Patient liaison and interaction
Provide frontline service and able to answer queries effectively
Provide chaperone assistance
Patient registration (using Plato)
Appointment scheduling
Take charge of clinic inventory, purchasing and taking stock when necessary
Admin Duties:
Perform cashiering duties
Perform Medisave Claim (e-filing) for patients
Purchase retail care products for patients
Assist in marketing efforts
To write summary letters (Once staff is competent)
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Doctors
