Responsibilities
- Work with the management team to understand business strategies, analyze current organizational performance, carry out plans to build organizational competencies, and participate in enhancing processes to support business growth.
- Conduct group production plans, assist with production schedule scheduling and organizing of material and machinery requirements, and formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and programs.
- Create plans for the efficient use of equipment, innovations, and manufacturing assets in order to produce high-quality products.
- Develop, update, and handle budgets, timelines, tasks, responsibilities, and activities to meet customer expectations for product quality and timely delivery.
- Ability to drive the manufacturing operation to meet goals/objectives, ISO procedural specifications, and quality systems compliance.
- Determine, track, and update metrics to track the performance and consistency of manufacturing and process.
- Use innovative technologies, notions, and procedures to achieve the lowest possible manufacturing expenses while maintaining the highest product quality.
- Capable of identifying cost-cutting and cost-improvement opportunities.
- Oversee supply chain operations.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Engineering
- At least 5 – 8 years of production experience with supervisory experience, preferably from semiconductor industry
