Job Responsibilities
- Manage commodities in consumables/ MRO/ spares parts/ assigned projects
- Sourcing ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS and Negotiate with suppliers for price, delivery and quality requirements
- Issue Purchase Order and follow up with delivery
- Work closely with Project Team and Manager to expedite and complete tasks on-time
- Ensure compliance to Company Procurement Strategy and Policies
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder with relevant qualifications (electronics, manufacturing)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience as Electronics Buyer is a must
- Knowledge of commonly used business software (MYOB, Microsoft Office)
- Negotiation skills, contract management, and basic knowledge in shipping terms
- Good attitude and can handle work with tight deadline
