Senior HR Executive, Payroll


Job Summary

  • Support the Regional Manager to oversee payroll management and support key HR initiatives like budgeting and manpower reporting.

Key Accountabilities

  • Primarily responsible for regional payroll processing.
  • Responsible for supporting budget exercise.
  • Responsible for supporting monthly headcount and payroll reporting.
  • Review the existing current processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Incumbent will also support other C&B initiatives and projects, where necessary.

Key Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related
  • Minimum 5 Years of working experience in Payroll Management
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and various employment regulations in the region
  • Advantageous to have regional payroll experience.
  • Detailed and Meticulous, comfortable working with multiple datasets
  • Strong stakeholder management, able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience
