Senior HR Executive, Payroll
Job Summary
- Support the Regional Manager to oversee payroll management and support key HR initiatives like budgeting and manpower reporting.
Key Accountabilities
- Primarily responsible for regional payroll processing.
- Responsible for supporting budget exercise.
- Responsible for supporting monthly headcount and payroll reporting.
- Review the existing current processes to ensure efficiency.
- Incumbent will also support other C&B initiatives and projects, where necessary.
Key Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related
- Minimum 5 Years of working experience in Payroll Management
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and various employment regulations in the region
- Advantageous to have regional payroll experience.
- Detailed and Meticulous, comfortable working with multiple datasets
- Strong stakeholder management, able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience
