Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Videographer to join our team. This role involves capturing high-quality video content, primarily focusing on the progression of our design projects for captivating before-and-after showcases. The candidate will also be responsible for filming various other projects as required, sometimes during weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Documentation: Regularly visit project sites to film work-in-progress, ensuring that key stages of the design and development process are captured effectively.
· Before-and-After Videos: Create compelling before-and-after videos that highlight the transformation achieved by our design projects.
· Event and Promotional Filming: Film company events, interviews, and promotional content as needed.
· Editing and Post-Production: Handle the editing process to produce final cuts that align with our brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to understand the project requirements and objectives.
· Equipment Management: Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and available when needed.
· Flexible Scheduling: Be available to film on weekends or outside standard business hours when required for specific projects or events.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
· Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
· Excellent eye for detail and a creative mindset.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, including weekends.
· Passion for interior design is a plus.
