Aligning with our expansion plan, we are looking for a highly driven and meticulous Finance Executive to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily Indonesia operating transactions.
- Liaise with the Accountant (Indonesian Payroll Service Provider) to ensure all submissions to the relevant authorities are handled timely with zero tolerance for errors.
- Keep proper cashflow and petty cash statements.
- Support and assist colleagues with their queries via emails and/or calls.
- Generate and issue sales invoices upon goods received.
- Assist in checking of Indonesia staff claims and petty cash.
- Undertake filing of documents and additional ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- People-oriented - pleasant personalitywith good interpersonal skills.
- Well organized and highly numeric innature.
- Ability to read, write and speakBahasa/Malay a MUST.
- Diploma or similar in Finance related studies.
- Able to start work within short notice.
- Evidence of ‘Right to Work in Singapore’.
