【What will you be working on】
- Be a marketing representative of Hot rolled steel, Cold rolled steel, Coated steel, Stainless steel, Electromagnetic steel.
- Introduce steel products to clients.
- Respond to general(except technical,quality) inquiries from clients, including internal discussion and negotiation with the related departments in Japan.
- Respond to marketing issues from clients, including internal discussion and negotiation with the related departments in Japan.
- Gather information on the demand and customer and market conditions for above steel products.
- Respond to trading issues for Malaysia and Australia.
- Build personal connections and information routes with clients.
- Attendance for business travelers.
- Be a contact person of various audits for manufacturing which are taken in Japan(Negotiation with certification authority etc.)
【What we're looking for】
【MUST】
- Possesses knowledge of manufacturing methods of steel materials from raw materials to products.
- Possesses knowledge of steel material specifications such as JIS, ASTM, EN, ShipGrades, API,etc.
- Possesses basic knowledge of steel sheet applications such as automotive, home appliance, motorcycle etc.
- Able to understand the contents of inquiries and consultations from clients, and is able to discuss with the related departments in Japan in order to give detailed explanations to clients.
- Understands the business strategy and plan of the related departments in Japan, and execute them smoothly together with the departments in Japan.
- Able to proactively communicate with clients and proceed projects smoothly.
- Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT 1 equivalent) in order to liaise or prepare documents in English or Japanese for native counterparts is mandatory.
- Able to attend business trips to Malaysia, Indonesia(Batam), Australia, New Zealand and other countries.
