- Support the FOH with customer relationships and order management.
- Providing impeccable service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for walk-in customers.
- Maintain a pristine and aesthetically pleasing storefront
- Assist in managing orders from guests and corporate via email, Instagram, WhatsApp and telephone.
- Assist in preparation for deliveries.
- Schedule drivers for deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and efficiency.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks/projects.
Requirements:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and special events.
Excellent team-player with the ability to work independently.
Organised and pays attention to details.
