Responsibilities
· Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations
· Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource functions, especially recruitment.
- Manage job advertisements on all online job portals and social network
- Screen resumes/applications and shortlist candidates for interview
· Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes
· Administer employee benefits: leave management, medical and insurance claims
· Administer employees’ probation processes and prepare confirmation letters
- Handling work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Maintain employee files and database
· General office administration & maintenance
Education
· Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment process
Working Experience
· Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experiences
· Broad knowledge of HR practice and employment related legislations
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in written and spoken English
