As a QHSE Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management systems. You will collaborate with the QHSE team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a vital role in our organization, and the successful candidate will contribute to fostering a culture of safety and quality throughout the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance.
- Assist in investigating incidents and accidents, and recommending preventative measures.
- Maintain and update QHSE documentation and records.
- Support QHSE training programs for employees.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure QHSE requirements are met.
- Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar QHSE role is preferred.
- Working knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
