Job Description
• Production management in assembly factory for industrial wastewater treatment unit
• Supervise the overall assembly line and monitor the production progress
• Understanding the inventory situation, procurement of parts
• Coordination with parts warehouser and shipment forwarder
• Quality control
• Tools and equipment management
• Continuous improvement of production processes
Job Requirements
• At least 3 years of work experience in assembly factory
• Practical experience in Kaizen activity
• High communication ability for internal team and customer
• Good in spoken and written English
• Business attitude to provide reports, to keep the lines of communication open, and to ask for guidance or advice.
• Leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office and IT
• Knowledge of Toyota production system will be an added advantage.
• Electrical knowledge of control panel / programmable logical controller
• If found suitable, the candidate may be eligible for supervisory roles
