As an Executive in Klareco, you will play an important role in supporting client teams and enabling Klareco to generate excellent results for our communication campaigns.
Your research and support will provide a firm foundation to ensure the smooth delivery and execution of client work and new business pitches. You will be a valued member of the team, contributing ideas and solutions to differentiating our offering in Asia, as well as liaising with other offices.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Servicing
· Works under guidance to deliver exceptional client service and quality of delivery
· Supports the implementation of the client’s programme
· Participates in client meetings where appropriate
· Starting to take responsibility on work streams
· Plays an active role and shows strong initiative in account support
· Handles media monitoring on assigned accounts
Client Relationships
· Starting to build and maintain client relationships and deputise for more senior members of the team where necessary
Media and Stakeholder Relations
· Demonstrates a keen interest in developing media relationships and is learning to handle reporters
· A growing understanding of relevant stakeholder/media/analyst landscapes and mapping
· Develops interesting and engaging media pitches, under guidance, and successfully places stories with reporters
· Develops and maintains media lists and distributes press materials
· Starting to develop stakeholder contacts

Business Leadership and Support
· A strong pillar of support for account teams and senior team members
