Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements

· Inform customers of current promotions and discounts

· Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value

· Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback

· Account management; Opening, managing/maintaining good business relationships with customers and closing of accounts.

· Order taking / collecting of market information

· Ensure proper control in credit management

· Delivery of POSM

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Ah-hoc deliveries during festive periods

-Driving License class 3

- Working Locations: Toh Guan / Changi;

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
