Customer Service Officer (Paint and Chemical Company) - Tuas / Mon-Fri [3770]
Salary Range : $1,800 - $2,200
Working days: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm
Location: Tuas
Job Responsibilities
- Customer coordinator (receives and coordinates orders, requests, or complaints from all customers).
- Ensure that DO is pass to the logistics or transport team.
- Order processing in GeO system.
- Order confirmation or acknowledgment.
- Issuance of manufacturing order for blending.
- Any ad-hoc as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least “N”/"O" Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- With basic chemical knowledge
