Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Planning:Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals in the project planning phase.
Participate in project meetings to understand the scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards set by BCA and other relevant authorities.
- Safety Management:Implement and enforce safety measures to protect workers, visitors, and the public.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Quality Control:Monitor construction work to ensure it meets the specified quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate testing of materials to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Budget and Cost Control:Assist in the development and management of project budgets.
Monitor expenses and costs to ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Schedule Management:Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any delays or issues affecting the project timeline.
- Communication:Serve as a liaison between various project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Communicate project updates, changes, and issues to relevant parties.
- Contract Management:Oversee the execution of construction contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Manage change orders and variations as necessary.

- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project records.
