Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Collaborate in the development and execution of business strategies for the steel products group within the upstream oil and gas market(s).
- Drive sales and profitability by working on assigned market(s) and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Evaluate tender inquiries, analyze requirements, and coordinate internally and externally to prepare comprehensive tender documents and proposals.
- Maintain close communication with customers and business partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct negotiations for prospective contracts and oversee the management of ongoing contractual agreements.
- Stay informed about the local business environment, including laws, customs, taxes, and market practices, through regular market intelligence activities and customer visits.
- Work closely with regional offices, administrative teams, and corporate units to ensure smooth trade execution and address business-related issues.
- Establish and cultivate strong business relationships with counterparts across Business Units, customers, and subcontractors.
- Manage credit exposure and ensure timely collection of accounts receivables.
- Provide customer and account management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum degree in any field.
- Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
