Admin Assistant [Part-time]
As an Admin Assistant in Counselling and Care Centre, you will be working closely with the Senior Admin Executive with reception related duties which includes attending to phone calls, enquiries, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the first responder to the centre’s call line and provide initial touch point.
- Attend to clients when they arrive for appointments and clarifying payment status.
- Manage change requests on appointment cancellations or re-scheduling.
- Provide admin support to a team of therapists.
- Reconcile daily payment collection.
- Perform administrative duties on ad-hoc basis.
Skills Required:
- Pleasant disposition and ability to deal with difficult clients.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
Working Hours
Monday: 12.30pm – 8.30pm
Tuesday: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Wednesday: 12.30pm – 8.30pm
Thursday: Not required.
Friday: 9.30am – 5.30pm
