Job Description:
- Responsible for the sourcing, procurement, integration of the new articles in our system and stock management.
- Acts as liaison with internal (sales, technical and warehouse teams) and external parties such as suppliers
- Procurement KPI and cost savings
- Work very closely with the warehouse team to have a complete stocks per system
- Coordinate with the Category Managers per Articles/Suppliers
- Involve in stock management
- Replenishing the stocks include purchasing and shipping
- To update purchasing per supplier in the system
- To update master data for stock materials (Default as general stocks, set re-order point level and the maximum stock level, delivery unit, etc…)
- To update PO delivery time per material in the system
- Monthly stocks and slow moving report
- Monthly stocks inventory
- Identify prospect suppliers for local sourcing
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain and Regulation required : cross trading, Incoterm, custom regulation, documentary credits
- SAP background is an added point
