Astek is offering a role of SAP Data Migration Consultant.
We are seeking a SAP Data Migration Consultant with proven experience in managing ECC to S/4HANA migrations. You should have a deep understanding of data migration strategies, SAP system landscapes, firsthand experience with SNP CrystalBridge for Bluefield transformations, SAP's LTMC tool, and good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data models and data mapping for transitioning from the ECC system to the S/4HANA system.
- Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and post-migration review to confirm effective transition to S/4HANA.
- Handle and rectify data-related issues encountered during migration.
- Provide insights, lessons learned, and suggest best practices for S/4HANA migration project.
- Document the data migration process, mapping, and technical details for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement a data migration strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and leverages the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.
- Utilize SNP CrystalBridge along with the Bluefield approach for condensed data and business process migration.
- Use SAP LTMC for data ETL processes, ensuring effective integration and optimal usage within the S/4HANA environment.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with SAP's LTMC is added advantage
- Understanding of key SAP functional areas as per the scope of the project.
- Strong background in data management and governance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Extensive experience in managing end-to-end data migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Profound understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model, architecture, and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in utilizing the SNP CrystalBridge tool with the Bluefield approach.
