Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend to alumni’s queries and feedback via various communication channels and face to face interactions in a timely manner.
- Manage the alumni database and ensure timely updates of alumni records.
- Develop strong alumni network and lead in planning and executing local and overseas engagement activities.
- Manage and ensure online social media engagement as well as corporate website information updates on alumni services and initiatives.
- Work on featuring alumni success stories regularly.
- Track effectiveness of all aspects of alumni engagement and benchmark against best practices.
- Prepare and review the services/platforms currently offered to alumni and develop new offerings.
- Seek regular feedback from Alumni Focus Group Discussions and surveys on needs and expectations of alumni.
- Connect Alumni’s companies to Career Services Team for employment/outreach opportunities.
- Manage the budget resources for all alumni activities.
- Provide required statistics and reports.
- Work with recruitment teams to promote PSBA programmes for alumni’s progression and upgrading.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in any field with 5- 8 years of experience
- Strength in relationship building and management.
- Good accountability to drive the team towards the targets set.
- Able to initiate ideas in improving the student experiences and work in a team orientated environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to do in-depth engagement amidst various groups of alumni.
- Willing to work on evenings/ weekends where required
