Job Responsibilities
1. Interact with various stakeholders in the Built Environmental industry
2. Preparation of events planning details such as venue sourcing, F&B arrangements, collaterals, eDM and potential events participants
3. On-site events coordination work including post-event report
4. Updating of subscribers’ database and management of website contents
5. Grant management of claims documentation and administration
6. Handling of association administration such as Council meetings and members’ events
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, or Polytechnic Diploma (with at least 1 year working experience, preferable in events related experience)
2. Strong inter-personal and communication skills
3. Pro-active and adaptive to different business environments
